CHOCOLATE ORANGE DELIGHTS 
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 lg. eggs
3 (1 oz.) sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. orange rind, grated
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Chocolate glaze

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add chocolate, sour cream, and orange rind, mixing well. Combine flour, soda, and salt; add to creamed mixture. Stir in walnuts and chocolate morsels. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 1 minute; cool completely. Drizzle with chocolate glaze.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

3 (1 oz.) sqs. semi-sweet chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. orange extract

Melt in microwave or double boiler. Drizzle over cooled cookies. Makes 7 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
