CHOCOLATE DATE DELIGHT BALLS 
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. chopped dates
1 c. nuts, broken

Mix the ingredients in a large bowl. For best results, mix with hands. Form into balls and freeze for 1 hour. To make the icing, combine 1 package (6 ounces) chocolate chips, 2 packages (6 ounces each) butterscotch chips and 1/2 cake paraffin. Mix in double boiler over hot water. If the paraffin is shaved, it will not take as long to melt. Dip the frozen balls in the melted mixture and drain on waxed paper. Makes 50 to 60 balls.
