SNOWBALL COOKIES | |
1 stick butter 3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar 1 c. flour 1 c. finely chopped nuts Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in flour and nuts. Chill until firm, enough to handle; roll into walnut size balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes. Remove carefully. Roll in confectioners' sugar while still warm. |
