I made minor adjustment, I am allergic to jalapeņos & cumin, so I avoid jalapeņos altogether and add chop bell peppers (red, yellow and green) and dash of oregano instead of salt. My friends barley notice difference well except its not spicy hot.

A little to hot with my home grown peppers. I had to add a 28 oz can of tomato sauce to the recipe on top of the 15 oz. can. Very good. Had a bunch of home grown tomatoes and peppers to use up and this solved my problem. Thanks for the recipe.
