MOSTACCIOLI BAKE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mostaccioli or ziti
1 lb. ground beef
15-16 oz. container Ricotta or sm. curd cottage cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

Cook pasta and drain.

Fry ground beef until done, drain.

Stir in Ricotta or cottage cheese, eggs, seasonings, half of spaghetti sauce and about 3/4 of shredded cheese. Add pasta and stir to coat well. Spoon into 13x9 inch baking dish (or 2 smaller ones if you wish to freeze one). Pour other jar of sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes until hot and bubbly all through.

Added a small minced onion to the ground beef and fried them together. Also added some Italian seasoning to the mixture before spooning it into the baking dish. Great recipe! Big hit with my family!
