BEEF MUSHROOM QUICHE 
1 frozen pie shell
1/2 lb. ground meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper and hot pepper sauce
Sm. can mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. grated Swiss cheese

Brown ground meat. Mix all of above. Pour into pie shell. Bake about 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
