BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. celery chopped fine
1 sm. onion
1 green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 can Chinese noodles
Cashew nuts

Saute beef, celery, onions and green pepper in butter. Add mushroom and chicken and rice soup. Mix well and put into buttered dish. Sprinkle with Chinese noodles. Bake 50 minute at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cashew nuts. Bake 10 minutes more.
