COUNTRY MEAT LOAF 
1-1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 med. onions, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
5 slices bread, torn
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash pepper

Break the bread into a large mixing bowl and pour the milk over. Mix the ground beef, pork, onions and celery together. Drop in the unbeaten eggs and mix well. Add the ketchup and seasonings and the bread, which has soaked up the milk. Mix well and pack into a well - buttered loaf pan. Bake 1-1/2 hours at 315 degrees. Pour off extra fat before removing the loaf to a warm platter.
