CORN PUDDING | |
1 can sweet corn (cream style) 1 1/4 c. milk 3 eggs, beaten separately 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar Blend ingredients well; add stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into baking dish or casserole and bake 1 hour in a slow oven, 290 to 300 degrees. |
