3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. baking cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
3/4 c. cold water

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and cocoa. Put in cake pan; make 3 holes and add liquid. Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
