GOOFY CAKE 
3 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. oil (fat free - use 1 c. applesauce)

Mix flour, cocoa, salt, vanilla, water, sugar, baking soda, vinegar and oil in one bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING: (Not fat free):

5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Cook over low heat until it is a thick paste. Cool. Blend 1 cup butter, add milk mixture, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Frost cake. For an ice cream like frosting, refrigerate cake a couple of hours. You can also substitute a ready-made fat-free frosting.
