1 lg. box Rice Chex
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 box (2 1/2 c.) powdered sugar
1 c. smooth peanut butter

Melt butter, chocolate chips and peanut butter. Pour over Chex cereal in roaster pan. Mix carefully until fully coated. Pour powdered sugar into a doubled paper bag. Add chocolate coated cereal and shake until covered lightly with sugar. Chill. Best if served cold.
