STIR AND ROLL PIZZA CRUST | |
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 2/3 c. milk 1/4 c. salad oil 2 tbsp. salad oil Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and 1/4 cup salad oil in bowl. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of bowl. Gather dough together and press into ball. Knead dough about 10 times in bowl to make smooth. Divide in half. On lightly floured cloth-covered board, roll each half into a 13-inch circle. Place on pizza pan; turn up edge. Brush with oil. Put on toppings and bake for 20-25 minutes. Makes 2 (13-inch) crusts. |
