STIR-AND-ROLL PIZZA 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. salad oil

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Measure flour, baking powder, salt, milk, and 1/4 cup salad oil into bowl. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves side of the bowl. Gather dough together and press into ball. Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth. Divide dough in half. On lightly floured board roll each half into a 13 inch circle. Place on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Cover with favorite toppings. This makes a crispy style crust.
