STIR-N-ROLL PIZZA 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. salad oil

PIZZA TOPPING:

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Measure flour, baking powder, milk, 1/4 cup salad oil into bowl. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves side of bowl. Gather dough together and press into a ball. Knead dough in bowl 10 minutes to make smooth. Roll dough and place in pizza pan, turn edge 1/2 inch and pinch. Brush top of crust with salad oil (2 tablespoons) layer toppings according. Bake 20-25 minutes.
