STIR - N - ROLL PIZZA 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. salad oil
Choice of toppings

PIZZA TOPPINGS:

Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Tomato sauce
Onions
Oregano
Mushrooms
Ground meat

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Measure flour, baking powder, salt, milk and 1/4 cup salad oil into bowl. Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth. Divide dough in half.

On lightly floured, cloth covered board. Roll each half into 13 inch circle. Place on pizza pan or baking sheet. Turn up edge 1/2 inch and pinch or pleat. Brush circles with 2 tablespoons salad oil. Layer pizza toppings on circles. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cut into wedges to serve. Yield: 2 small or 1 large pizza.
