STIR & ROLL PIZZA 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. salad oil

TOPPING:

1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown ground beef or sausage and drain well. Measure flour, baking powder, salt, milk and 1/4 cup salad oil into bowl. Stir vigorously until mixture leaves sides of bowl. Gather dough together and press into ball. Knead dough in bowl 10 minutes or until smooth. On lightly floured board, roll dough to fit pan. Brush dough with 2 tablespoons oil and pour tomato sauce over dough. Layer other toppings. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
