STIR AND ROLL PIZZA | |
3 c. flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 tsp. salt (can be omitted) 1 c. milk 3/8 c. cooking oil Mix all ingredients together, stirring until mixture leaves sides of bowl. Gather dough together and press into bowl. Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth. Divide dough in half. Grease and flour 2 pizza pans. Roll each half onto pans. Turn up edges 1/2 inch and pinch or pleat. Top with all of your favorite toppings. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes. |
