1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Mix the cocoa and sugar. Add the water and salt. Boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Cool. Serve on ice cream or stir in milk for chocolate milk.
