BRISKET SUPREME 
1 bottle chili sauce
1 can cola
1 env. onion soup mix

Place brisket, fat side up in roasting pan. Mix chili sauce, cola and soup mix and pour over brisket. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 3 to 5 hours (30 minutes a pound) or until fork tender. Slice against the grain. Defat gravy juices in refrigerator overnight. Put brisket in pan with gravy. Cover, reheat for 30 minutes and serve. This recipe is positively delectable!
