NUT FRUIT CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts (walnuts & pecans)
1 tbsp. liquid artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. banana or unsweetened applesauce

Blend eggs, butter, sweetener and vanilla together. Sift flour with soda and spices. Add to first mixture. Fold fruit and nuts. Pour into a Bundt or 9 x 9 inch pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or tested done.

Divide cake into 25 equal portions. Each portions equals 1 bread, 1/2 fat and 1 fruit.
