FRUIT BRAZIL NUT CAKE 
3/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. shelled Brazil nuts
2 pkg. dates (about 1 lb.)
1 c. well-drained maraschino cherries (green & red)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together the first four ingredients. Into a large bowl place nuts, dates and cherries. Sift flour mixture over these. Mix with hands until well coated. Beat eggs until foamy. Add vanilla. Stir into nut mixture until well blended. Bake in large loaf pan or two small ones. Cool. Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
