LENTILS CORIANDER 
1 lb. Italian sausage
2 lg. onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
21 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
7 c. water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. lentils
Sour cream
8 lemon slices

Cut sausage into 1 inch pieces and brown in kettle. Stir in onion, cover and cook until onion is tender. Drain off grease. Stir in salt, coriander, and ginger.

Add water and lentils and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 50 minutes or until lentils are tender. Stir in lemon juice. Serve in soup bowls. Top with sour cream and lemon slices.
