ORANGE CORIANDER BREAD | |
1 c. sugar 2 eggs Grated rind and juice or one orange 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sour cream 2 c. flour 1 tsp. ground coriander Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream and orange rind. Sift together flour, baking soda and coriander and add to creamed mixture. Using 2 tea loaf pans, bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup sugar with orange juice and pour over bread while still hot in loaf pans. Cool for 10 minutes and invert. |
