LEMON PIE BARS 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix above ingredients together and press into a 13x9x2 inch pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. While the above is baking, continue with below:

1 1/2 c. white sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemon peel
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. powdered sugar

Mix sugar and flour, stir in lemon juice, lemon peel and eggs. Pour this mixture over hot crust and bake 20 minutes longer. Cut into bars while warm. When cool, sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
