LEMON PIE BARS 
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. powdered sugar, sifted

Mix butter, powdered sugar and the 1 1/2 cups flour together and press into 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. While baking, mix eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice. Pour mixture over hot crust and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer. When cooled slightly, cut into bars. When cool, sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
