1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. sliced green olives (optional) 3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 lb. cooked shells or noodles 1 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion 2 cans tomato soup 2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms (optional) 8 oz. Provalone cheese (shredded) Saute ground beef, green peppers, celery and onion. Add olives, tomato soup, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Mix with cooked shells. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
