1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck 1 (16 oz.) box Vimco elbow macaroni 2 (15 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce 1 (12 oz.) bag Kraft shredded Mozzarella cheese Salt and pepper to taste 1. Put a large pan of water on and bring to a boil. 2. While waiting for the water to boil, break up the ground meat into an electric skillet, set the temperature to 350 degrees, salt and pepper to taste, and stir. 3. Add the macaroni to the boiling water and cook until tender (about 10 minutes.) 4. Drain into a colander and rinse in cold water. 5. Add the cans of tomato sauce to the meat and stir. 6. Add the macaroni to the meat/sauce mixture and stir. 7. Sprinkle the cheese on top, cover with a lid until the cheese melts, and serve. |
