JOHNNY MARZETTI 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. med. noodles
2 lb. ground chuck
4 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook noodles; drain. Brown ground chuck with onions, green peppers and celery. Drain excess fat. Simmer soups and cheese together until cheese is melted. Add cooked noodles and beef mixture. Turn into a greased casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes approximately 10 servings. This recipe freezes well.
