NORTHWEST ANGLE SHORE LUNCH 
Fish:

walleye fillets
fish coating
cooking oil

Heat 1 inch or more of oil in a cast iron skillet on camp stove or fire. Put a wooden match into oil. When it ignites, the oil is ready. Shake walleye fillets in plastic bag of fish coating. Fry in hot oil.

Potatoes:

8 cans of sliced potatoes, drained
2 large chopped onions

Heat a second cast iron skillet with oil. Add cans of sliced potatoes, drained, and chopped onions. Fry while cooking fish.

Beans:

canned baked beans

Open cans of baked beans and set cans on grate of camp stove or fire.
