ROCKY ROAD PIE 
1 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (4 serving) Jello instant pudding & pie filling, milk chocolate or chocolate flavor
1 1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip topping
2 sq. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. coarsely chopped unsalted peanuts
1 baked 9 inch pie shell or graham cracker crumb crust, cooled

Pour milk into bowl. Add pie filling mix and beat with wire whisk or electric mixer until blended, about 1 minute. Fold in whipped topping, add chocolate, marshmallows and nuts. Spoon into pie shell. Chill 3 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and chopped nuts and chocolate if desired.

I use this same recipe but add in 2 (8 oz.) boxes of cream cheese and use melted chocolate instead of pie filling. Makes pie hold shape better, tastes like chocolate cheesecake and rocky road mixed. YUM!
