CRAB MEAT AU GRATIN 
1 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. butter (oleo)
1 stick chopped celery
1 (13 oz.) can Pet milk
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. light sherry
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 tsp. salt
Dash red pepper and black pepper
1 lb. fresh lump crab meat (can use canned)
2 egg yolks
Grated Cheddar cheese

Saute onions and celery in butter until tender; add flour then milk slowly, stirring constantly. Add egg yolks, salt and peppers; cook 5 minutes; fold in crab meat. Pour into greased bowl (or individual bowls). Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees F.
