CRAB MEAT AU GRATIN 
5 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1-2 lbs. lump crab meat
1/2 cube chicken bouillon
1 egg, well beaten
3 tbsp. sherry
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

In a large skillet make a white sauce with the butter, flour and milk. Add the bouillon and egg. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Add the wine, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Add the crab meat to the sauce and pour it into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle the mixture with cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (maybe even 30 minutes).
