BEST CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES EVER 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. old fashioned oat meal
1 tsp. baking soda
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 (4 oz.) bag Hershey's bar, grated
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

First, use the food processor and take 2 1/2 cups of oatmeal to a fine meal-like consistency. Put to the side. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add vanilla. Combine oatmeal powder, flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Then add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and blend well. Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey's bar, and nuts to dough. Form dough into walnut size balls and place about 2 inches apart on ungreased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cookies will look barely brown and a little under done but will set up as they cool.
