COCONUT - PINEAPPLE PIE 
2 unbaked pie shells
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. coconut

Melt butter and add sugar, eggs, pineapple and coconut. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
