SINFUL POTATOES 
1 (32 oz.) bag frozen hashbrowns
1 (4 oz.) stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter, melted
3 c. cornflakes, crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw hashbrowns. Mix all ingredients together. Put into buttered 9 x 13 inch dish. Mix together the melted butter and the crushed cornflakes. Use as topping for mixture already in pan. Bake for 1 hour.
