TOM'S KIELBASA WRAPPED IN BACON 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. kielbasa (low fat, regular or turkey)
1 (1 lb.) pkg. bacon
tooth picks
barbecue sauce (Bulls Eye or Honey BBQ taste the best)

Slice kielbasa into 1/4-inch slices. Slice your pound of bacon in half. Wrap each piece of kielbasa with a slice of bacon and stick a tooth pick through it.

Bake in a 375°F oven on the lower rack for about 30 minutes of until the bacon looks cooked. Remove from the oven.

With a basting brush, cover each piece with BBQ sauce and put back in oven for another 20 to 30 minutes. If needed place them under the broiler for about 5 minutes to make the bacon crispier.

Serve hot.
