GRAMMIE RIE'S STRAWBERRY SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 lg. bananas, chopped to bite size pieces
2 c. lite sour cream or plain yogurt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Fresh strawberries (optional)

Dissolve Jello in water. Add strawberries and stir until separated. Add fruits and nuts. Pour 1/2 Jello mixture into mold or clear dish. Chill until set. Leave remainder in warm spot. Spread 3/4 sour cream or yogurt on set Jello. Spoon on remainder of Jello. Chill until set. Add thin top layer of sour cream or yogurt. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if available.
