BAKED CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2-3 c. cooked chicken, chopped
3 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. celery, diced
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. chicken fat or butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs

Arrange chicken in dish. Fry bread cubes, celery and onion in fat. Add baking powder and seasonings. Beat egg lightly and add to milk; mix well. Add to crumb mixture and pour over top and cover with bread crumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
