BAKED ALMOND CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. celery slices
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
1 c. finely chopped Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 tomato, cut in wedges
1/4 c. chopped onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine chicken, celery, salad dressing, 1/4 cup almonds, cheese, onion, pimiento and seasonings. Mix lightly. Place in 10x6 baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining almonds. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes. Top with tomato wedges; continue baking 5 minutes. 4-6 servings.
