CHEF SUMMER SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can mixed Veg-All
1 clove garlic
1/2 med. head lettuce
2 c. tender spinach

Tear lettuce and spinach in bite-sized pieces. Rub salad bowl with garlic clove. Add: 6 thin slices salami or summer sausage 2 tomatoes

Cut salami and cheese into julienne slices. Cut tomatoes as desired (wedges). Pour enough Italian dressing over to coat and toss lightly.
