PATSY'S CHEESECAKE | |
CRUST: 20 graham crackers, crushed fine 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 stick melted butter Mix and pat firm in 9"x13" pan. CHEESE: 5 eggs 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 tsp. vanilla Mix cheese ingredients until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Center oven. Cool 5 minutes. Set oven to 400 degrees. TOPPING: 1 1/2 pts. sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla 6 tbsp. sugar Mix by hand with spoon and pour over cheesecake carefully. Return to oven for 5 minutes - NO LONGER! |
