1 1/2 lbs. cut up stew meat
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion soup (undiluted) or 1 pkg. onion soup mix and 1 1/2
c. water

Mix all above ingredients together (including raw meat - you don't have to brown it first). Place in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Pour over noodles or rice. If desired, to above ingredients, you may add cut up raw potatoes, carrots and celery.
