CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3 tsp. sugar
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, dry
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together and put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. You may add Mozzarella cheese the last 10 minutes.
