CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 reg. size can cream corn
1 reg. size can whole corn
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. butter
4 oz. shredded cheese or more

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Put into 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees (should be solid in center of pan). Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
