FLORITA'S SEAFOOD GUMBO 
4 c. tomato juice
1 (#2) can tomatoes
12 bell peppers
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion bouillon cube
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
3 beef bouillon cubes
Pinch of basil
2 tbsp. dehydrated onions
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. frozen whole okra

Simmer for 30 minutes.

Heat together (for lunch) : 8 ounces each cooked shrimp and crab meat.

Heat together (for supper) : 12 ounces each cooked shrimp and crab meat.

Serve measured amount of meat and okra and desired amount of sauce over rice. Serves 4.
