FRESH BROCCOLI VINAIGRETTE 
1 bunch broccoli
2/3 c. salad oil
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. sugar

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and lay in shallow dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli. Chill for at least 2 hours.
