ROAST TURKEY 
1 lg. turkey breast

Rinse with boiling, then cold water. Season in and out with pepper and minced garlic. Season outside with paprika. Let stand all day or overnight in refrigerator. 1 1/2 c. orange juice/white wine mixture

Cover with preserves and 1/4 cup of the juice/wine mix. Bake with aluminum foil tent until done (make sure turkey has automatic pop up). Baste and add juice/wine mixture every 1/2 hour or so.
