CREAM CHEESE DELIGHT | |
1 c. flour 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 c. finely chopped pecans 1/2 c. melted butter Mix crust and press into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. FILLING: 1 (8 oz.) bar cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 sm. container Cool Whip 2 (4 oz.) chocolate or butterscotch instant pudding 3 c. milk Cool Whip or other topping Cream the cheese, add powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over crumb crust. Mix pudding and 3 cups of milk. Spread on cream cheese filling. Top with extra Cool Whip or any other topping you desire. |
