RICH'S FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1/3 c. Maraschino cherry halves
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/3 c. whipping cream

Whip cream cheese in mixer. Add powdered sugar; mix well. Add vanilla and blend in mayonnaise. Fold in fruit and marshmallows. Whip cream and fold into fruit mixture. Add a few drops of red food coloring to make pale pink. Freeze in Pyrex dish and cut in squares. Garnish with whipped cream and cherry. Freeze at least overnight.
